To modify your billing and personal information:

1. In the LIVE Guide, click your gamer card.
2. From the Gamer Profile screen, select Account Management. When asked to open a browser window, click Yes.
3. In the profile management area of Xbox.com, click Billing and Contact Information. This will go to the Microsoft billing site.
4. At the Microsoft billing site, sign in with your Windows Live ID and password.
   • To edit your personal information, such as address and phone number, click Go to personal information.
   • To change your payment information, click the "Xbox Live" or "LIVE" entry under Payment type.
   • To view information about the services associated with your account, click the service under Service name.
